FISAVal

This is a panel of surveyors approved by FISA lenders which brokers can use for the valuation of properties. All valuations are produced on a common form, which can be downloaded by clicking here.

The requirements for surveying firms to be accepted as FISAVal members, together with the information needed to support applications, can be accessed here.

Currently we are not accepting new applications to join FISAVAL.

FISA brokers and lenders can find out which FISAVAL surveyors are on the panel and able to carry out valuations in a particular area or postcode on-line.

The Mortgage Valuation Report and External Valuation Report for Mortgage Purposes have been revised and Guidance Notes for surveyors on how to complete the forms produced.
