The Finance Industry Standards Association closed down on 19th April 2009.
The FISA panel of approved surveyors (FISAVal) has been transferred to the Consumer Credit Trade Association. Existing panel members or surveying firms interested in approved to join the panel should contact Chris Oakes, the CCTA Chief Executive at chris.oakes@ccta.co.uk. Brokers wishing to access the list of approved surveyors should also contact the CCTA.
Please be aware
Some services including FISAVal and Surveyor Forms will continue to be available on this site for a short period, after that time some will have transferred to the CCTA.
When this change has been completed this notice will be updated to inform you of the new locations.
