The Association’s offices are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The office is not open during bank holidays. Personal visits strictly by appointment only. All mail correspondence should be addressed to the registered office.

If you are a consumer looking for credit we cannot arrange a loan or mortgage or advise you as to the suitability of any individual credit product, nor can we arrange or advise on the suitability of any individual insurance product.

We can give general advice and explain the terms and conditions of any contract.

If you are looking for a loan or mortgage or for any insurance products we suggest you seek the assistance of a FISA member trader - We can advise if a trader is a member of the Association.
